ScreenDoor provides a platform where hiring managers and recruiters ("Clients") can create job openings, drag and drop resumes, and use our virtual recruiter for candidate screening.

You must register for an account using a valid email address to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
5. Use of Services
You may use our services solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes or for the promotion of illegal activities. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the services.
6. Resume Submission and Parsing
By submitting resumes to our platform, you warrant that you have obtained consent from the candidates for parsing their data and contacting them for screening. Our site will parse submitted resumes and contact candidates on your behalf using the provided information.
7. Virtual Recruiter Chats
The virtual recruiter will interact with candidates to assess their qualifications and experience. You acknowledge that the virtual recruiter’s ranking is based on algorithms and may not reflect the full picture of a candidate’s suitability.
8. Transcripts and Summaries
Transcripts and summaries provided by the virtual recruiter are for your internal use only. You agree not to disclose any information contained within the transcripts without the candidate's consent.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the website, the services, and the virtual recruiter technology are owned by or licensed to ScreenDoor.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. ScreenDoor Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
